Oki Escape’s escape room first offered participants a new social gaming opportunity in Jan 2021. We call Okinawa home, as the Big Island was the first city in which we opened our exciting escape experience. What better place to try a new interactive thought-provoking game than the city with the best culture, an unmatchable tourist scene, and some of the most unique entertainment experiences in the world? Okinawa is the perfect place to launch and grow our puzzle room escape.

While we plan to expand our operation all over Okinawa and the whole country of Japan to places like American Village or Cities like Naha, Tokyo, Yokota, and Osaka to name a few, the only place you can play the original is right here in Okinawa City, Okinawa. No other location offers the quality experience like Oki-Escape, which was the first Escape Room in Okinawa, Japan
We’re also proud of the fact that we will be the Original Escape Room with our future competitors emulating the quality of our escape rooms. That being said, we plan to have many themes and to continue to lead the way in escape entertainment.
Escape Rooms just started in the Year 2007 and were originally created in Kyoto, Japan.
Did you know Ōkī means “BIG” in Japanese? So intentionally Oki-Escape translate’s to Big Escape.
